This is the vocal take by Barnes that I remember when the Ban was finally lifted in Sydney in the early '80s and 2MMM started to play it. Too much vocal fry for my taste on all his other recordings out there on the 'Net.

Saw TDC at The Tivoli Hotel. Plenty of space between the notes for the storylines to sink in to my skull. Greatness.
